Shipping & Returns
Our products are shipped via the most affordable mail carrier for the product weight. After you place an order online, it will take our team 1-5 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation and shipping information via email. If you have placed an order and have not received confirmation or shipping information after 5 business days, please contact us.
Wholesale orders will ship within ten (10) days of order payment.
Returns & Exchanges
Make sure your order qualifies. Orders may be returned so long as:
- The order is new and unopened
- The order was not purchased on final sale
- Custom products are not subject to be returned
All returns must be requested in writing within 2 business days of receipt.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com explaining why you would like to return the product. Please also include the tracking information for your return package. Evergreen Summer does not offer free returns, and customers are required to pay for shipping on returned products.

If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
